Team India scored just 192/5 in their 20 overs after batting first. They have fallen eight runs short of the 200-run mark, but it’s a very good total on this surface. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi led the way with a superb 81 off 49, and it wasn’t one of his typical knocks where he goes bang bang from the outset and takes on every delivery. The young left-hander showed great maturity with his shot selection, picking the right deliveries to attack. Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer chipped in with handy cameos before Rinku Singh provided the finishing touches. Zimbabwe will be pleased with the way they pulled things back and prevented India from running away with the game, but this is still a massive target on this surface. The Zimbabwe seamers found success by taking the pace off the ball and hitting the deck, and the Indian quicks will be looking to follow the same blueprint. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scored 81 runs of 49 balls and Ishan Kishan scored 29 runs in 26 balls. For Zimbabwe, Brad Evans picked 2 wickets for 41 runs in his 4 overs quota.
A solid batting effort led by Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's fabulous knock 🔝

Zimbabwe unable to chase the target and scored 157/7 in 20 overs and lost the game by 35 runs and series by 0-3. This is the response India would have wanted after a disappointing tour of the UK. They have completely outplayed Zimbabwe in their own backyard to complete a 3-0 clean sweep. In truth, Zimbabwe were no match for India across the series. It’s a memorable milestone for Shreyas Iyer as well, as he secures his first series win as India’s new T20I captain after beginning his tenure with winless tours of Ireland and England. Chasing an above-par total, Zimbabwe never really looked alive in the run chase. Mayank Yadav struck with the very first ball to dismiss Brian Bennett, and from there, Ben Curran and Dion Myers never managed to put India under any pressure during the powerplay. Yash Thakur dismissed Dion Myers and Sikandar Raza off successive deliveries, and that all but ended Zimbabwe’s hopes. Ryan Burl battled his way to a half-century, but Zimbabwe were never really in the hunt as India completed a 35-run win. Ryan Burl scored 54* runs of 43 balls and Wessly Madhevere score 28 runs of 25 balls. For Team India, Mayank Yadav picked 3 wickets for 29 runs in his 4 overs quota.
Gave it everything but India take the series 3-0
