“Will you be our friend..? Hamara naam Vikrant Singh Chauhan, date of birth December 19, date of death probably aaj hi marenge…” The series begins with a scene of Vikrant (Tahir Raj Bhasin) covered in blood in a room amid heavy gunfire. Then series goes back to his past Story in fictional town Onkara a small town in UP where leader Akhiraj Awasthi (Saurabh Shukla) is corrupt, bloody and greedy for votes and his father (Brajendra Kala) works as accountant.
Akhiraj has adopted son Dharmesh (Surya Sharma) but his life resides in daughter Poorva (Aanchal Singh). She Seeing Vikrant at the age of just 7 years old and gives heart and also get his admission in the same school from the help of his father. But Vikrant did not like Poorva from the beginning and somehow left behind because she goes abroad to study. Vikrant’s family is in awe of the Awasthi supremacy based on muscle power, guns and money. Vikrant’s parents serially silence his desire to move away from the shadows of his father’s servility, which he is ashamed of.
After few years Vikrant life’s takes a new turn when he becomes an engineer and his life starts coming back on track. In college, Vikrant falls in love with Shikha (Shweta Tripathi Sharma) at first sight. Vikrant dreams of having a medium family. He wants to make his life with Shikha in a small house. He has only friend Golden (Anant Joshi) from his school time.
Vikrant has the awaiting appointment letter for a job in Jhansi and he unenthusiastically lands up at Akheraj’s premise and by happenstance meets Purva, who ensures that her father offers him a job as the manager of her Zumba classes with a plump salary. Instead of getting elated, Vikrant is not happy because he can’t fathom how he’d put his engineering education to use in a dead-end job. Next day after promising Shikha that he would marry her, Vikrant goes to Akhiraj’s office intending to tell him that he is not interested in working for him. While he is there, he witnesses an event that repulses him.
He then goes to Purva and tells her that he is not interested in working for her family, but the events that follow make it clear that he can’t escape Purva’s clutches. So, he reluctantly accepts to work and later even marries Purva with the intention of revenge. At the marriage night he got to know Shikha is still alive. How he attempts to break free from Purva and her family, forms the crux of the narrative.

Durgesh Tiwary’s View : When I have watched the trailer of this series planned to watch in free time because of two reasons because trailer of this series is amazing and I am big fan of Tahir Raj Bhasin acting.
Two star crossed lovers Vikrant & Shikha meet in the lawless town of Onkara. In this place, the powerful run the show and everyone else is either a submissive audience or dead. In this land where crime shines, Vikrant hopes to build a small life with his lady love. Little does he know that the daughter of the gangster daughter Purva craves him and can go to any extent to get him. This is where things go wrong and lives are flipped upside down.
Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein is a story is very interesting and engaging. Screenplay in the first half will keep you hooked but second half of the show dips but climax is excellent and cliffhanger shows that there will be 2nd season of this series which I am eagerly waiting for. Performance of lead cast and supporting actors is phenomenal along with the direction. Destructive love, or junooni pyaar if done right is the most intriguing fodder to my conflict loving heart. Series gets the dynamic of a tragic love story perfect. There are few loopholes but it deserved to be watch. My View on this web-series Highly Recommended but don’t watch this series with family.
