Vivo IPL: SRH beat RCB by 4 runs in the 52nd game of IPL 2021 at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. Now I will share the details of this IPL game match in my way.

52nd Game (Sunrisers Hyderabad Vs Royal Challengers Bangalore)
Game Date: 6th October 2021
Details:
Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to field first in the 52nd game of IPL 2021 against Sunrisers Hyderabad. No changes in their playing XI. Their four foreign players of this game are Glenn Maxwell, AB de Villiers, Daniel Christian and George Garton.

No changes in SRH playing XI as well. Their four foreign players of this game are Kane Williamson, Jason Holder, Jason Roy and Rashid Khan..

Sunrisers Hyderabad scored only 141/7 in their 20 overs. SRH were 105/2 after 14 overs. They have ended with 141 – which is just 36 runs in the last 6 overs. Terrific comeback by RCB and it is that man Harshal Patel again. Earlier on a slow wicket, after the loss of Abhishek Sharma, Roy and Williamson handled the conditions and the pitch to string together a 70-run stand before Harshal got into the act. Dan Christian showed his experience with the ball and took a fine return catch to dismiss Roy and after that, the innings was all about edges and mishits. Couple of them went to the fence, but RCB never let things get away. SRH’s middle and lower middle order again failed to come good and that has been a worrying pattern for them this year. Jason Roy scored 44 of 38 balls and skipper Kane Williamson scored 31 of 29 balls. For RCB Harshal Patel pick 3 wickets for 33 runs in his 4 overs.

Royal Challengers Bangalore unable to chase the target and scored 137/6 in their 20 overs and lost the game by just 4 runs. At one time RCB needed 56 from the last 7 overs and the combined four overs of Bhuvi and Rashid produced this 6 dots | 29 runs | one wicket. In between a 21-year-old boy from Srinagar produced his best IPL spell and the Punjab legend Sid Kaul bowled a maiden whilst picking up the wicket of Dan Christian. All of this wouldn’t have made it to the summary had Maxwell stayed for a couple more overs, had AB got one in the slot, but wasn’t to be. All Bhuvi had to do in the last over was to hold his nerve and held his nerve he did. With this loss, RCB have put themselves in a tricky position where finishing in the top 2 would be very tough given the positive NRR of CSK and DC. Devdutt Padikkal scored 41 of 52 balls and Glenn Maxwell scored 40 of 25 balls. For SRH Bhuvi, Rashid, Kaul, Holder and Malik picks 1 wicket each.

SRH: 141/7 in 20 Overs

Result: Sunrisers Hyderabad won by 4 runs
