This Dussehra witness the biggest clash of movies and web-series in the OTT history. Yes, you have heard it right as on this Dussehra 5 movies and 3 web-series are releasing on OTT. There are also 2 movies are releasing in cinemas above all these releases.
When situation was not better and cinema was running with 50% capacity and Maharashtra cinema halls were closed producers has no choice to release their films on OTT. But ever since the government of Maharashtra announced that it’ll reopen cinemas from October 22, there has been a renewed excitement in the industry and trade. The release dates of several films were announced immediately and in no time, the Bollywood calendar got almost packed till next year. However, there are still many films whose announcements are yet to happen.
In this case clashes with big films cannot be averted so this Dussehra ie 15th October first and biggest clash is set to happen between multiples movies and series. For audiences OTT platforms are like a cinema halls after the lockdown, they are enjoying different contents in form of movies and web-series on different platforms. It will dream Dussehra for audiences as they can watch the films on OTT as well as cinemas of their choice and also can watch others as well in their weekends.

1. Venom 2 (Movie)
Release date: 14th October 2021 (In Cinemas)

Details: This is first film releasing this month in cinemas which will release on 14th October and in Maharashtra it will release 22nd October. Durgesh Tiwary’s View : I am super excited for the upcoming weekend as there are lots of movies/series will be available to enjoy. But as per my view makers can release their movie/series this weekend also as no releases this week. There would have good chance that their film/web-series watched more as compare to upcoming weekend.
Nevertheless I am waiting for releases and first I will watch Vidyut Jammwal starrer Sanak among all. Although I am eagerly waiting for Rashmi Rocket, Sardar Udham in movies apart from Sanak and Tabbar in the web-series.
