Team India scored 146/3/7 at the day 2 stumps. Due to bad light 90 overs quota was not bowled on the day. Skipper Virat Kohli and Vice-Captain Ajinkya Rahane will resume the batting for Indian Team.

New Zealand scored 101/2 on day 3 stumps and they are still trailing by 116 runs with 8 wickets in hand. 90 overs quota was not completed for the day due to bad light.
