Dettol T20 Series: India won T20 series by 2-1 after losing the 3rd and final T20 by 12 runs. Now I will share the details of each T20 match in my way.
1st T20 (India Vs Australia)
Game Date: 4th Dec 2020
Details: Aus won the toss and elected to field first in the 1st T20 against India. India scored 161/7 in their 20 overs after batting first. KL Rahul scored 51 runs of 40 balls and Ravindra Jadeja scored 44* runs of 23 balls. For Australia Moises Henriques picks 3 wickets for 22 runs in his 4 overs.
Concussion substitute alert: ICYMI, Jadeja did get hit on his head while batting and given that he also had a hamstring injury shortly, India have got Chahal on as the concussion substitute. Australia coach Justin Langer wasn’t happy with this at all and was seen arguing with the match referee David Boon. Jadeja is currently being assessed by the BCCI Medical Team.
Australia unable to chase this target and lose the game by 11 runs. Aaron Finch scored 35 runs 26 balls and D Arcy Short scored 34 in 38 balls. For India Yuzvendra Chahal and T Natarajan picks 3 wickets each.

– Aaron Finch is now the highest run-getter vs India in T20Is by scoring 431 runs so far after surpassing Colin Munro‘s 426 runs.
– This is Indian Team 9th consecutive win in T20’s which is longest streak in this format.
– 44*(23) by Ravindra Jadeja is now the highest score for an Indian batsman batting at #7 or below in T20Is surpassing MS Dhoni‘s 38(18) vs Eng at the Wankhede in 2012.
2nd T20 (India Vs Australia)
Game Date: 6th Dec 2020
Details: India captain Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to field first in the 2nd T20 game. They made three changes for this game and included Shreyas Iyer, Shardul Thakur and Yuzvendra Chahal in place of injured Ravindra Jadeja, Manish Pandey and Mohammed Shami.
Australian Team also made three changes for the game and included Marcus Stoinis, Daniel Sams and Andrew Tye in place of injured Aaron Finch, Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc. Today Matthew Wade is leading the Australia in absence of injured Aaron Finch.
Australia scores 194/5 in their 20 overs. Matthew Wade scored 58 runs of 32 balls and Steven Smith scored 46 runs of 38 balls. For India T Natarajan picks 2 wickets for 20 runs in his 4 overs quota.

Australia scored 186/5 in their 20 overs after batting first. Matthew Wade scored 80 of 53 and Glenn Maxwell scored 54 of 36 balls. For India Washington Sundar picks 2 for 34 runs in his 4 overs quota.
India unable to chase this target and lose the game by 12 runs. Virat Kohli scored 85 runs 61 balls and Shikhar Dhawan scored 28 in 21 balls. For Australia Mitchell Swepson picks 3 wickets for 23 runs in his 4 overs quota
