Durgesh Tiwary’s View: When I watched the trailer of this web-series, planned to watch this series in my free time as loved previous 2 seasons and a big fan of TVS shows.

Back for the 3rd season, thee hidden world of Cubicles comes to life as Piyush faces the new day of Office. From his wide-eyed rookie to hard-earned promotion, workplace politics, friendships and unexpected twists have peppered his journey. But can Piyush conquer the challenges that comes with his new role as team lead?

Cubicles 3 too, depicts the journey of his initial days as a team leader in the most organic manner. Those who have worked in the IT industry would be able to relate to the kind of obstacles he faces and the conflicts he has with his team members. A big plus is how the director maintains the entertainment quotient while, at the same time, giving a deep insight into the power struggles and politics that inevitably come with these high-profile jobs. In the five episodes, Divyanshu Malhotra touches upon some important themes, including work-life balance, career aspirations and the importance of human connection in this fast-paced and competitive world. These themes never come across as heavy-handed, thanks to the focused direction. The chemistry between the four friends is wonderful and will remind many working professionals of their colleagues. Despite most of the episodes being around 30 minutes long, you will get the feeling that you have been a part of Piyush’s professional journey and growth throughout.

The series maintains its signature blend of empathy, entertainment, and binge-worthy storytelling, reaffirming its status as a hallmark in the genre. As the characters grapple with the intricacies of their intertwined lives, viewers are taken on an emotional rollercoaster reflective of the highs and lows of corporate existence. The series doesn’t shy away from the inevitable power struggles and politics that accompany office life. In fact, it embraces these challenges, presenting a relatable narrative that mirrors the experiences of many in the professional world.

Overall, series is a breezy watch that should be on your watch list irrespective of whether or not you have been a part of a corporate job. The third season is as engaging and heart-warming as the first two seasons. Apart from good writing, the show benefits hugely from solid performances. Now, one keenly looks forward to witnessing the next chapter in Piyush’s journey as an IT professional. My view on this web-series is Highly Recommended.
