In this post, I am sharing the Confirmed list of movies and web series releasing in January 2026 on OTT platforms and cinemas. While the last month saw good number of releases, this first month of 2026 we have also good number of releases on OTT and cinemas. Please note that release dates may vary as this information is based on announcements made by producers and production companies.
Interestingly, several movies are opting for digital premieres instead of theatrical releases to avoid clashes. For audiences, OTT platforms have become the new cinema halls post-lockdown, offering a variety of movies and web series to enjoy from the comfort of their homes. This month brings a fresh slate of highly anticipated movies and web series across digital platforms and cinemas.
