Dream11 IPL Match 25: RCB won by 37 runs against CSK. Now I will share the details of this IPL game match in my way.

25th Game (Royal Challengers Bangalore Vs Chennai Super Kings)
Game Date: 10th Oct 2020
Details:
Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to bat first in the 25th game of IPL 2020. RCB included AB De Villiers, Aaron Finch, Chris Morris and Isuru Udana as four foreign players for this game. Two changes in their side and they have included Chris Morris and Gurkeerat Singh Mann in place of Moeen Ali and Mohammed Siraj.

Four foreign players of CSK for this game was Shane Watson, Dwayne Bravo, Faf Du Plessis and Sam Curran. One changes in CSK playing squad and today N Jagadeesan is playing in place of Kedar Jadhav.

Royal Challengers Bangalore scores 169/4 in their 20 overs. At one time they were 103/4 in 16 overs but have managed to turn it around in the final phase of the innings and all thanks to their skipper. With the support of Dube he manage to score to 66 runs off the last four overs. Virat Kohli scored 51* of 26 balls and Devdutt Padikkal scored 33 of 44 balls. For CSK Shardul Thakur picks 2 wickets for 40 runs in his 4 overs.

Chennai Super Kings chase that didn’t start well, although it picked up steam from the 11th over but keep losing wickets at regular intervals to close the game out. In fact, the game was probably done in the 16th over when Dhoni fell after another uncharacteristic dismissal. RCB’s bowlers didn’t repeat the mistakes they have done so often in the past and clinically finished things off and CSK only able to made 132/8 in their 20 overs and lose the game by 37 runs. Ambati Rarudu scored 42 runs 40 balls and N Jagadeesan scored 33 in 28 balls. For RCB Chris Morris picks 3 wickets for 19 runs in his 4 overs quota.

RCB: 169/4 in 20 overs
CSK: 132/8 in 20 overs

Result: Royal Challengers Bangalore won by 37 runs
Man of the Match: Virat Kohli

Durgesh Tiwary’s View : Congratulations to RCB for their consecutive wins in this season. Today batting in first 10 overs was very slow but last 4 overs went brilliantly for RCB and after that their bowlers did exceptionally well to restrict them and special shoot out to Chris Morris for his incredible bowling performance in first game of this season. They need to keep going same way and bright chance for them to qualify for the play-offs.

For CSK no any big partnership and wickets in regular interval cost the game. They were chasing a good total so they should have score on good run rate but unable to do. So my suggestion is for them to bat first if winning the toss. If team is batting 2nd then they need to score with a good run rate in power plays like they did against KXIP. All in all CSK is badly missing Suresh Raina in the squad as he is pillar of middle order batting.

Another biggest concern for them is MS Dhoni batting he is not performing as per his caliber and his performance is mediocre in this season. His team is losing even he is playing till the end was rarest scenario in earlier seasons. Play-off seems to be out of reach for them.
