Kolkata Knight Riders scored 146/9 runs in their 20 overs after batting first. KKR have to thank Nitish Rana and their captain for getting to 146. This after another failure for Finch at the top of the order and despite pushing Venky Iyer to open, the batting failed apart from the duo mentioned earlier. Kuldeep Yadav was outstanding and broke the back of KKR with his four-fer which included the wickets of Narine and Russell for ducks. In 2 matches against his old side he has 8 wickets this season. And tonight he bowled an over short as well. At one stage KKR were 35/4 and 83/6 but from overs 16-19 KKR got 55 runs as Pant erred by giving Lalit Yadav one over too many. Rana played a fine knock and ensured his side have something to bowl at. Nitish Rana scored 57 runs of 34 balls and Skipper Shreyas Iyer scored 42 runs of 37 balls. For DC, Kuldeep Yadav pick 4 wickets for 14 runs in his 3 overs.
Innings Break!
A four-wicket haul from Kuldeep Yadav and a brilliant final over from Mustafizur Rahman restricts #KKR to a total of 146/9 on the board.

Delhi Capitals successfully chased down the target by scoring 150/6 in their 19 overs and won the game by 4 wickets. KKR got off to a perfect start with Umesh Yadav grabbing a stunning caught and bowled to send back Shaw off the first ball. Mitch Marsh departed in the very next over and there was hope in the Knight Riders camp. But a 65-run stand between Warner and Lalit Yadav set up the chase for the DC. They lost three wickets in quick succession including Warner and Pant, the game was in balance at 84/5 but KKR’s fifth bowler cost them. Umesh and Narine were bowled out which made Powell‘s job easier in finishing the game. Early on, Nitish Rana’s 34-ball 57 helped Kolkata cross the 140-mark after Kuldeep Yadav had broken their backbone with a 4-fer, but in the end they were well short of a par total. David Warner scored 42 runs of 26 balls and Rovman Powell score 33* runs of 16 balls. For KKR, Umesh Yadav pick 3 wickets for 24 runs in his 4 overs quota.
