Rajasthan Royals unable to chase the target and lose the game by 60 runs and eliminated from this season. Cummins literally killed the game in his initial new-ball spell, taking out three big scalps to derail the run chase. RR eventually lost half their side in the powerplay itself and you don’t win many games from those positions anyways, let alone while chasing a target of 190-plus. Buttler and Tewatia tried playing their shots but it was always going to be beyond them. Smith‘s boys would rue that awry approach in the powerplay of the chase where they just went too hard. But take nothing away from KKR, they were too good in this clash with both batting and bowling. Jos Buttler scored 35 of 22 balls and Rahul Tewatia scored 31 of 27 balls. For KKR Pat Cummins picks 4 wickets for 34 runs in his 4 overs.

Durgesh Tiwary’s View : Congratulations to KKR for their clinical in and reach to 4t spot in points table but still they have not qualified as next 2 games are very important. If SRH will lose the then they will qualify and If SRH will win then net run rate will come in picture. Overall great team effort today with both bat and bowl. First batsmen posted competitive total and bowlers defended the target.
RR have chased down a couple of similar totals in the last week but today they keep losing wickets and never they were in the game and and with this loss they are out of the tournament and become third team to out of this season. They have seen ups and down in this season but their main issue was not consistent through. Started the season with brilliant wins at Sharjah but after that back to back losses hurts them more.
