Day 1.
West Indies won the toss in the 2nd and final test against New Zealand and decided to bowl first at Wellington. Kane Williamson is not playing this test due to birth of his first child so Henry Nicholls was leading the team.
New Zealand scored 294/6 runs on the day 1 stumps in 90 overs. At the stumps Henry Nicholls were batting at 117* and Will Young was unbeaten on 43*. For WI Gabriel picks 3 wickets.

– New Zealand are in great position as they all out West Indies for 131 runs on day 2 stumps after their first innings was finished on a mammoth total of 460 at Wellington.
For New Zealand Henry Nicholls scores 174 runs and Neil Wagner makes his individual highest test score of 66* runs. For West Indies Gabriel and Joseph picks 3 wickets each.
New Zealand enforced follow-on. For West Indies Jermaine Blackwood scored 69 runs and John Campbell scored 14 runs. For NZ Southee and Jamieson picks up 5 wickets each.

West Indies were all out for 317 in their 2nd innings and lost the game by an innings and 12 runs on 4th day at Wellington. For West Indies John Campbell scored 68 runs and Jason Holder 61 runs. For New Zealand Wagner and Boult picks 3 wickets each.
