Delhi Capitals scored 147/8 in their 20 overs. At the Wankhede, where we’ve seen insurmountable totals, we witness low total. Courtesy some fabulous catching and smart bowling, the top-order were dismantled, but Rishabh Pant counterattacked alongside Lalit. However, it was that freak run-out from Parag that turned things around, and despite some good work by Woakes and Curran at the death to salvage a defendable total, Unadkat and the Fizz were smart enough and good enough to keep the Capitals to a sub-par total. Skipper Risbhabh Pant scored 51 of 32 balls and Tom Curran scored 21 of 16 balls. For RR Unadkat picks 3 wickets for just 15 runs in his 4 overs quota.
Innings Break: After opting to bowl first, @rajasthanroyals have restricted @DelhiCapitals to 147-8.

Rajasthan Royals Successfully chase down the target by scoring 150/7 in 19.4 overs and won the game by 3 wickets. Morris gives a thumbs up to the dugout before Unadkat runs over for a big hug. The most expensive IPL buy has shown his worth here today. He was denied the strike by Samson in the previous game. He wasn’t striking it clean when he came in today. Took a while to get one off the sweet spot, but then once he found his range it was game over for DC who weren’t that impressive in the death either. The Capitals had worked so hard to get themselves into a dominant position despite having just 147 on the board. With Miller‘s wicket, they were favourites. But Morris was standing in the way, cashing in on missed yorkers and ordinary slower balls, capping off a rare low-scoring game here at the Wankhede. There was a bit in the pitch with the extra grass helping the seamers. Unadkat made good use of it earlier to finish with figures of 3/15. He then chipped in with the bat as well, giving Morris company when the winning runs were scored. David Miller scored 62 runs 43 balls and Chris Morris scored 36* in 18 balls. For DC Avesh Khan pick 3 wickets for 32 runs in his 4 overs quota.
The @rajasthanroyals camp is elated as they pocket their first win in #IPL2021 after yet another thrilling finish.https://t.co/8aM0TZxgVq #RRvDC #VIVOIPL pic.twitter.com/J1XA8ggmZs

DC: 147/8 in 20 overs
RR: 150/7 in 19.4 overs
Result: Rajasthan Royals won by 3 wickets.
Man of the Match: Jaydev Unadkat
Durgesh Tiwary’s View : Congratulations to RR for their first win of this season. After opting to bowl first their bowlers were excellent except Tewatia who given away 20 runs in his only over. Unadkat was phenomenal as given away just 15 runs for 3 crucial wickets and also played a important cameo while chasing the target. David Miller who was playing in place of injured Ben stokes played a phenomenal knock of 62 and Chris Morris played excellent cameo and helped team to win this game.
For DC bowling was very good except death overs in which they lost the game. Batting was also not good except skipper Rishabh Pant no any batsmen in top order scored runs. All thanks to lower order batsmen who takes them to par total. As per view Tom curran can be excluded from squad and either a bowler or Shimron Hetmyer can be included as he can bat in middle orders along with Pant.
Stats
– Shikhar Dhawan in 19 innings has scored 547 runs against RR, averaging 32.17 and striking at 130.23. He’s scored six half-centuries.
– Jos Buttler has the most runs for RR against Delhi with 179 runs in 7 innings, striking at a whopping 190.42
.@JUnadkat shone bright for @rajasthanroyals against Delhi Capitals & won the Man of the Match award. 👏👏 #VIVOIPL #RRvDC @Vivo_India pic.twitter.com/VHxaJyh6yn
