Rajasthan Royals scored 144/8 runs in their 20 overs after batting first. Thanks to Riyan Parag, RR have 144. 30 off the last 2 overs. But just 31 off the 7 before that as RR completely lost the plot. Earlier on, Buttler failed and that set RR back who tried Ashwin at 3 which did not come off either. Samson and Mitchell strung a partnership together before the RR captain had his usual brainfade against Hasaranga and fell. Mitchell struggled and that put pressure on the others to increase the scoring. It looked like RCB would be chasing something around 125 but Parag had other ideas. He stuck around and then wielded his willow in the last 2 overs to help his side. Just his 2nd fifty in his IPL career and he has given his side something to bowl at. RCB’s bowling was exceptional led by Hazlewood and Faf got his moves right most of the time. Riyan Parag scored 56* runs of 31 balls and Skipper Sanju Samson scored 27 runs of 21 balls. For RCB, Siraj, Hazlewood and Hasaranga picks 2 wickets each.
Innings Break!
Brilliant bowling effort from @RCBTweets restricts #RR to a total of 144/8 on the board.

Royal Challengers Bangalore unable to chased down the target and bowled out for 115 runs in 19.3 overs and lost the game by 29 runs. Quite a tame chase this. It’s not as if they were chasing a lot, and it’s surely not as if the pitch had anything in it to suggest their approach, but RCB were never in it. What’s worse is the way they approached this, with nobody anchoring the innings. 145 was desperately under-par, but they started off with some of their familiar troubles. Kohli continued his overlong poor run of form, Maxwell fell early, Faf chewed up balls and didn’t last long either, and as has been the case with them, it was left to their middle-order to pull off something special. Nope, Rajasthan weren’t letting them get away again. Ashwin and Chahal spun their web. Kuldeep Sen cranked up the pace, managed to get good bounce off the deck, broke the top-order, and then came back to clean up the tail. Never mind, it’s going to go down as Riyan Parag’s game. Skipper Faf du Plessis scored 23 runs of 21 balls and Wanindu Hasaranga score 18 runs of 13 balls. For RR, Kuldeep Sen pick 4 wickets for 20 runs in his 3.3 overs.
That's that from Match 39.@rajasthanroyals take this home by 29 runs.
