Durgesh Tiwary’s View: When I watched the trailer of this film planned to watch this movie on its release date as loved the trailer and liked few latest Tollywood action movies.

It is the story of a contract killer Sahadev Varma who falls in love with Rachana and tries to redeem himself by working towards eradicating illegal arms from this world.

Sahadev has a known plot of the hero’s happy past that was disturbed by his profession and the story is all about his determination to correct his mistake by finding the root cause and ending the evil forever. Though the plot looks simple and well-known, Eagle’s take is completely in different way. A wafer-thin line of the story is padded with too many complications, unnecessary subplots, and over-elevations. The story does not get on track until the second half, while the first half is filled with sub-stories to highlight the protagonist’s heroism. There are RAW, terrorists, and naxals, also there are mixed-up concepts of weapons, Bauxite, and professional assassins only to keep you guessing and set the platform for the excellent 2nd half. Ravi Teja shines in the action role. As Sahadev Varma, he impresses with his performance and stunts. Anupama Parameswaran does well. Kavya Thapar is good in the role of Rachana. Karthik Gattamneni’s direction is good considering the thin line plot.

On the flipside, the first half is quite slow-paced and also a bit repetitive. The suspense behind the character of Sahadev gets boring after a point of time. The drama is also confusing at places. Length could have been sorter especially in the first half which has uneven screenplay. By the time the story appears to be concluded, there is another enemy from the past who turns up at the action site. Overall, movie distinguishes itself as a solid action movie within the Telugu film industry. It features 4-5 excellently crafted action sequences that display style and finesse. However, the film’s first half might not meet expectations. Even with its shortcomings, this high-quality action movie merits recognition and support. It is a testament to the potential of Telugu cinema to blend traditional action tropes with innovative storytelling, even if it doesn’t always hit the mark. My view on this movie Recommended.
