Team India scored 184/5 in their 20 overs. India have almost put up the same total as the second T20I. For most parts it looked improbable as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals. But Suryakumar and Iyer imploded in the last five overs, smashing 86 runs, to give them a massive total. Ruturaj could not grab his opportunity, Kishan once again was scratchy, Shreyas threw away his start and Rohit found himself in unfamiliar territory; West Indies were ahead at this stage thanks to their spinners. But their death bowling could not close out the innings. Suryakumar walked in and went after the bowling from the word go, he found an able partner in Iyer and the duo put the West Indies’ pacers to the sword. This is not going to be an easy chase but West Indies have just one wrist spinner to deal with today and that might allow them to bat more freely. Suryakumar Yadav scored 65 of 31 balls and Venkatesh Iyer scored 35 of 19 balls. For West Indies Holder, Chase, Walsh, Drakes and Shepherd pick 1 wicket each.

West Indies unable to chase the target and scored 167/9 in their 20 overs. They have lost the series 0-3. India scored 86/1 in the last five overs, West Indies scored only 42/3 in their last five. There is the game for you. What a brilliant display of death bowling from Harshal Patel and Shardul Thakur. It was Bhuvi and Harshal last game, this time they have found a different duo and the team management will be extremely happy with the execution of their bowlers. West Indies did have their noses comfortably ahead at the end of the powerplay. But Harshal got the key wicket of Rovman Powell immediately, thanks to a stunning catch from Shardul and then Venky came on to get Pollard and Holder to do an outstanding job as a sixth bowling option, filling in for Deepak Chahar, who walked off injured. Pooran was going great guns, but slowed down considerably because he was losing partners. It made a lot of sense with Shepherd looking ominous and getting the big hits at the other end. Nicholas Pooran scored 61 of 47 balls and Romario Shepherd scored 29 of 21 balls. For India Harshal Patel pick 3 wickets for 22 runs in his 4 overs.
