Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Movie Rating: 3.5 Stars
Just watched Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan movie in Cinemas. Let’s focus on the complete details, story, positive/negatives and at last my personal view on this movie.
Cast: Salman Khan, Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Shehnaaz Gill, Vinali Bhatnagar, Palak Tiwari, Satish Kaushik, Bhagyashree and Jagapathi Babu
Director: Farhad Samji
Release Date: 21st April 2023 in cinemas
Story: It is inspired by Tamil hit Veeram. Set in Delhi, Bhaijaan (Salman Khan) has three brothers. Love (Siddharth Nigam), Ishq (Raghav Juyal) and Moh (Jassie Gill). Bhaijaan is so fond of them that he had sacrificed his love for a girl, Bhagya (Bhagyashree), as he did not want his love for his younger brothers to get diluted after the arrival of his wife. It is assumed that the three brothers would reciprocate by themselves also not getting married.
But the three younger brothers find love. Love falls in love with Chahat (Vinali Bhatnagar), Ishq loves Sukoon (Shehnaaz Gill), and Moh is mad about Muskan (Palak Tiwari). The three brothers and their girlfriends now decide to get Bhaijaan hitched to a girl, which could then pave the way for their own marriages. Nadeem chacha (Satish Kaushik) and his two friends from the neighborhood learn about their love affairs. They decided to find a partner for him.
Bhagya (Pooja Hegde), a girl from Hyderabad, lands in Bhaijaan’s neighborhood and the two soon fall in love with one another. However, when she sees that Bhaijaan is a violent man, she wonders how her completely non-violent brother, Balakrishna Gundamaneni (Venkatesh Daggubati) would accept him as her to-be life partner.
Bhaijaan has been protecting the entire neighborhood from an evil businessman, Mahavir (Vijender Singh), who wants to usurp their land for his ulterior motives. In Hyderabad, another evil businessman, Nageshwara (Jagapathi Babu) has sworn revenge against Balakrishna and Bhagya’s family to settle old scores. He promised to safeguard the lives of Bhagya’s family. What happen next is all about this movie.

Durgesh Tiwary’s View: When I watched the trailer of this film planned to watch this movie on release day because loved the trailer and its Salman Khan movie and for that reason needed.
Bhaijaan is a self-defense trainer who lives happily with his brothers and uses violence to settle disputes with anyone but decides to mend his ways for his Telugu-based girlfriend Bhagyalaxmi. However, Bhaijaan learns that Bhagyalaxmi’s family are in trouble due to their past rival with Rowdy Anna and sets out to protect them without their knowledge.
Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan story lacks novelty and one can easily predict the disjointed script. Bhaijaan’s entry is literally whistle-worthy and would be loved by the fans. Bhagyashree’s cameo is terrific. The entry scene of Bhagya and the subsequent scenes are not funny but will leave a smile on the viewers’ faces. The best is reserved for the intermission point. It is easily the most rocking part of the film and will lead to madness in the theatres. The post-interval part is excellent and compensated the demerits of first half. The family going audience will love this portion. Although the love between Bhaijaan and his three brothers is sought to be established through dialogues, there are simply not enough scenes for the same to touch the audience’s hearts. Performances and songs are excellent. Cinematography is very good especially in the 2nd half. Anal Arasu’s action is the one of the film’s highpoints. Ravi Basrur’s background score is terrific and massy. Jaw-dropping shirtless scene will give everyone a perfect end to this film.
There are few negatives as well. Screenplay especially in the first half is very uneven. In today’s time 7 songs are more than enough. It seems the makers were more concerned about showing everyone’s dance moves that they didn’t mind ingesting as many as seven tracks into the film. Direction is also not up to the mark due to uneven execution. He has not been able to make an engaging film. The lack of strong dialogues also hampers the impact. Although there are four love stories, there is hardly any romance, least of all heartwarming romance. Too many characters, an unimpressive soundtrack and most of all a weak screenplay especially in the 1st half that doesn’t match up to Salman’s star power is what lets the film down. Overall, movie will make you laugh, get you emotional but most importantly be ready with your whistles for this is a quintessential action-packed family drama. It is a perfect Eid gift for Salman Khan’s fans who are sure to lap it up. My view on this movie Recommended and highly recommended for Salman Khan fans.
