Sunrisers Hyderabad loses openers in power play but how good was that knock by Manish? He was in the zone right from the word ‘go’ and I think even Jofra couldn’t have stopped Pandey taking into consideration how focused he was tonight. He found an able partner in the form of Shankar as the pair had an fantastic partnership for 140 that took them over the line. Manish Pandey scored 83* runs 47 balls and Vijay Shankar scored 52* in 51 balls. For RR Jofra Archer picks 2 wickets for 21 runs in his 4 overs quota.

Man of the Match: Manish Pandey
Durgesh Tiwary’s View : Congratulations to SRH for this win after defeat against KKR in last game. Hat’s off to Manish Pandey for brilliant batting despite losing both openers within power play. Today everything went in favor of SRH as they bowlers did splendid job by restricting opponent team for a below par score. After that Shankar play an anchor role in partnership and takes their team home. Still to qualify in the play-offs they need to win all the next 4 games which is tough but possible the way they have played today.
For RR bowling was concern as except Archer no any bowlers play to show any impact of both unbeaten batsmen. The pitch got easier to bat in the second half and that was also one of the reasons for a comfortable chase but they need to accept that their batting was not good today as their main players gets a good start but unable to convert into big score. They are officially out of tournament as only 3 games are remaining for them and the way they have played this season apart from 2 game is very mediocre.
