Dream11 IPL Match 30: DC won by 13 runs against RR. Now I will share the details of this IPL game match in my way.

Details: Delhi Capitals Skipper Shreyas Iyer won the toss and elected to bat first in the 30th game of IPL 2020. RR included Alex Carey, Marcus Stoinis, Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortjé as four foreign players for this game. One change in DC playing XI and they have included debutant Tushar Deshpande in place of Harshal Patel
Rishabh Pant is still not fit so Shimron Hetymer is also not playing due to only one wicket keeper so DC should replace injured Ishant Sharma with a Indian wicket-keeper so they play Hetymer in playing XI Not sure at the moment when Pant can return to action.
Four foreign players of RR for this game was Steve Smith, Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer. No changes in RR playing XI.
Delhi Capitals scores 161/7 in their 20 overs. DC starts and finish of this game was not well. Archer was sent back Shaw with an absoulte jaffa off the first ball of the game and then hurried Rahane into a miscued pull. Dhawan and captain half centuries laid the foundation for big total but brilliant bowling from RR at the end restrict them to score which can be chased. In last 5 overs DC only scores 32 runs and lost 4 wickets. Shikhar Dhawan scored 57 of 33 balls and Shreyas Iyer scored 53 of 43 balls. For RR Jofra Archer picks 3 wickets for 19 runs in his 4 overs quota.

Rajasthan Royals chase was good even after losing quick wickets in power plays they were maintaining good run rates. At one time where 85/1 in 10 overs. Chase was going comfortably around the halfway mark, but some questionable shots, some poor running, some sensational fast bowling and no support from lower order cost the game and RR only able to make 148/8 in their 20 overs and lost the game by 13 runs. Ben Stokes scored 41 runs 35 balls and Robin Uthappa scored 32 in 27 balls. For RR Tushar Deshpande and Anrich Nortje picks 2 wickets each.

Result: Delhi Capitals won by 13 runs
Man of the Match: Anrich Nortje
Durgesh Tiwary’s View : First of congratulations to DC for their win after the defeat from MI and become top in the points table. Team is showing a complete team effort should be. Today top and middle order batsmen score runs but lower order unable to use death overs. But again, it’s Delhi’s bowlers who’ll take credit tonight for this one as RR chase was very smooth and they were in good position in half of the innings but brilliant bowling puts game back in their side. They are all set to qualify for the play off’s.
Rajasthan Royals top order batsmen fails today as well except Stokes and Uthappa but poor short selection and no support from lower middle orders cost this game. Today run-rate was also very good but some questionable shots, some poor running cost this game and now it seems too late for them as they need to win at least 5 games out of 6 to qualify for the play offs which seems impossible the way team is playing in this season.
