In this post, I am sharing the Confirmed list of Web-series and Movies releasing in January 2021 on OTT. As we all know now cinema halls is allow to run 100% capacity so count of OTT release has decreased and just 2 movies are confirmed to release on OTT in Feb month and one of them is pending from long time. It seems that now makers will release most of their movies in theatres and only few web-series will premiere on OTT.
For audiences OTT platforms are like a cinema halls after the lockdown, they are enjoying different contents in form of movies and web-series on different platforms. SO far 6 web-series and 2 movies are scheduled to release in Feb. The Family Season 2 which was slated to release on 12th Feb is now postponed by Amazon Prime Video due to backlash of their last release Tandav.
Here I am sharing entire list of movies and web-series releasing this month:
1. Helllo Jee (Web-series)
Release date: 1st Jan (ALT Balaji)
Cast: Nyra Banerjee, Kalyani Chaitanya, Akshay Shetty, Mishti Tyagi, Rahul Varma, Deepali Sharma, Nitin Rao, Kashish Rai, Indraprath Oberoi, Aishwarya Vats and Himanshi Kesarwani

Details: The story of this web series is revolve around phone conversations and fun. It will show how four women support each other and go ahead and earn a lot of money. 2. Lahore Confidential (Movie)
Release date: 4th Feb 2021 (Zee5 Premium)
Cast: Richa Chadha, Arunoday Singh, Karishma Tanna and Khalid Siddiqui.
Director: Kunal Kohli
Details: This gripping spy thriller revolves around RAW agent Ananya, who crosses path with a charming ISI agent. This is 2nd movie of this franchise after London Confidential.
3. Love Scandal & Doctors (Web-series)
Release date: 5th Feb 2021 (ALT Balaji & Zee5 premium)

Durgesh Tiwary’s View : In my view The Girl On The Train is the movie to watch out for in this month because movie trailer looks intriguing.
In web series I will prefer 1962 The War On The Hills which is inspired from true events of Indo-China war of 1962. The series chronicles an untold story of bravery and courage shown by a major who with his 125 men, fought against 3000 Chinese men.
