Durgesh Tiwary’s View : When I watched the trailer of this film planned to watch this movie in my free time as trailer looks engaging and different from other horror films I have watched.

Chhorii tells a haunting tale of a modern young couple Sakshi and Hemant based in the heartland of India. Sakshi is 8 months pregnant and Hemant are forced by challenging life circumstances to seek shelter in an isolated house surrounded by large sugarcane fields. The house is inhabited by an old couple who seem to know more than they tell. Unknown to Sakshi, there are mysterious evil forces in the fields who are after her and her unborn child. Even though she tries her best to save her unborn baby and herself, her sanity is affected by the scary sights of three mysterious kids and a charred monster along with a frightening lullaby playing on an old transistor. Will Sakshi be able to get out of it safely? Will she be able to protect her unborn child?

The major drawback of this film is slow screenplay which unable to justify the film and its excruciatingly slow. The entire drama is also very depressing and moves on a single track and making it monotonous too. There isn’t much for the masses and family audiences in his narrative style as also in the script. Fewer characters and tremendous thrill and surprise will keep you hooked to the film. The film has been shot in such a way that you will find everything real. The camera work is quite spectacular as where the horror scene comes, the movement of the camera has been done in the right way. The story line of the film is very good. It also talks about a social issue. My view on this movie Time Pass only if you are fan of horror films.
