Durgesh Tiwary’s View : When I have watched the trailer of this series planned to watch on premiere day because loved the both seasons and this one also looked very engaging.

Just like the previous seasons, SP Abhay has got murder cases to solve. The first case that he solves is of murders that place on a highway. Further, he starts investigating murders done by a serial killer who is mentally challenged and behaves like a monster. The case involves some supernatural activities as well. How Abhay solves these cases takes the story forward. Meanwhile, he also fighting his own demon.

The story despite the many deviations that the invincible cop is forced into in the line of duty and as a single father to a troubled pre-teen boy, is compelling enough not to lapse into an overly-plotted grind. We already know what the super cop is capable of he is always a step ahead of the twisted criminal minds he is charged with taming. One of the biggest drawbacks of the show is that it has too many layers. All those who missed the first two seasons can get confused a bit with the unique storytelling and overlapping screenplay. The show also tries to bring in an element of superstition but leaves it without being explored. As said earlier, the director opens various threads and does not complete them properly. This is where the logic goes for a toss and many questions end up being unanswered.

The setting is consistently grim and filled with the eerie atmospherics of death lurking around. The backdrop of Lucknow and its dark spaces is very well utilized to enhance the impact. It’s a desi show that comes very close to its Hollywood cousins in the way it’s executed, minus too much gore and blood. The action feels organic and the screenplay is fast-paced. It’s a bit of a challenge to keep pace with so many characters milling around in a show that is essentially a whodunit but tries to tackle a range of twisted mentalities and motives. But all things considered, show can be watched for its relentlessly dark and devious tale of murderous minds. My View on this web-series Recommended if you have watched both seasons and liked it
