Raat Baaki Hai Movie Rating: 1 star

Cast: Paoli Dam, Rahul Dev, Dipannita Sharma and Anup Soni
Director: Avinash Das
Release Date: 16th April 2021 on Zee5 Premium
Story: The film is set in Rajasthan and the story revolves around a night when a successful writer Kartik Sharma (Annup Soni) gets engaged with famous Bollywood actress Vaani Chopra (Dipannita Sharma). On that very night Vaani is found dead under mysterious circumstances and her murder sets off a series of misadventures and Kartik is on a run escaping from the law.
Investigating officer Ahlawat (Rahul Dev) is roped in to investigate the murder. While interrogating all the members present at the party, he finds out that Kartik is missing which makes him the prime suspect of his fiancé’s murder. Kartik goes on a run and lands up at a King’s palace where he coincidentally meets his former lover Vasuki (Paoli Dam).
Further, the plot oscillates through past and present as character equations come to light. Can Ahlawat solve this mystery and bring the criminal to justice? Who is the killer of Vaani and to know about it you need to watch this film.

Durgesh Tiwary’s View : > When I watched the trailer planned to watch this movie in my free time because movie concept was interesting and looks thrilling murder mystery.
Thriller is the most preferred genre for the web world, as the makers attempt to create an atmosphere that keeps the audience hooked on their TV sets. While some succeed in doing so, most churn out content that force the viewers to turn off the television or switch to another film/series.On their engagement night, Kartik Sharma’s fiancé Vani Chopra is brutally murdered. Post which, Kartik goes missing and becomes the prime suspect. But, is he the culprit or there is more to the story that needs to unfold?
Movie circles around a murder investigation and the existing lives of the lead characters which could have been an interesting watch but it lacks the right elements to entertain. Despite some known faces and convincing acts, it comes across as a not-so-thrilling suspense drama. My View on this movie Not recommended!!
