Team India scored 208/6 runs in 20 overs after batting first. Having been put into bat, India have done exceedingly well to cross the 200-mark and if you add those two wickets they lost in the powerplay then it makes it an even better finish. KL Rahul lost Rohit and Kohli inside the first six overs but that didn’t stop from showing intent, he raced to a 32-ball half century and stitched a 68-run stand with SKY. The pair had set the platform for Hardik to go ballistic and he did just that. He hammered a 25-ball fifty and even managed to record his career-best T20I score. This looks a belter of a surface and with dew expected it is going to be a cracking chase. Hardik Pandya scored 71* runs of 30 balls and KL Rahul scored 55 runs of 35 balls. For Australia, Nathan Ellis picks 3 wickets for 30 runs in his 4 overs quota.

Pakistan chase the target by scoring 211/6 in 19.2 overs and won the game by 4 wickets. Wade has played a special knock to help Australia pull off their second highest run chase in T20s. India had pulled things back to an extent with those wickets in the middle overs, but Wade has played another fantastic innings to take his team over the line. Cameron Green was at his destructive best in the powerplay, and he made India pay for their mistakes. Was out lbw, but India didn’t go up for a review. And later, he was also dropped by Axar Patel. Axar made up for that dropped catch with three wickets, but India’s bowling towards the end of the innings was pretty ordinary. Wade punished them to all parts on the park, and due to this impressive knock by the left-hander, Australia go 1-0 up in the series. Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul and Suryakumar Yadav tried their best to power India to a massive total, but the bowlers in the powerplay, and towards the death couldn’t come to the party. Harshal conceded 49 runs, while Bhuvneshwar Kumar conceded 52 runs. Quite a lot for India to ponder on. Cameron Green scored 61 of 30 balls and Matthew Wade scored 45* runs of 21 balls. For Team India, Axar Patel pick 3 wickets for just 17 runs in his 4 overs quota.
